- Maintain quality services by following organization standards
- Address issues and solve problems with
Formen and Superintendent.

Foreman

- Able to manage manpower, jobs production and inventory
- Direct and lead a job per TRC System
- Read and comprehend plans and documents
- Commmunicate in English
- Well educated in carpentry; both to teach and do
- Able to finish a job under set budget
- Communicate job information back to office
- Leadership skills and have great attendance
- Must have the all the abilities of postitions below

Lead Carpenter

- Able to supervise manpower and
job production when foreman is off-site
- Read and comprehend plans and documents
- Well educated in carpentry; both to teach and do
- Communicate in English
- Have great attendance
- Able to receive foreman's plan and
coordinate carpenters to complete tasks
-30 hour Osha Card

Carpenter

Mastered the following tasks:
- Walls and openings
- Sheeting
- Rolling trusses
- Shim and shave
Proficent in the following skills:
- Basic math
- Measuring and planning
- All carpenty tools
Read and follow plans/blueprint
Forklift operation
Physically fit to lift and haul heavy materials

Carpenter Assistant

Proficent in 2 of the following tasks:
- Walls and openings
- Sheeting
- Rolling trusses
- Shim and shave
Proficent in the following skills:
- Basic math
- Measuring and planning
- All carpenty tools
Occasionally Forklift operation
Physically fit to lift and haul heavy materials

Carpenter Laborer

- Able to use some framer tools
- Able to preform some common carpenty tasks
- Physically fit to lift and haul heavy materials
- Work safely, Skillfully and Productively
- Complete given tasks with speed and precision
- Displays reliable and punctual work

Laborer

- Capable of preforming labor and taking direction
- Have a common understanding of construction safety
- Work well with others
- Punctual and ready to work
- Works with pace and urgency
-10 hour Osha Card

Equipment Operator

- Able to proficiently operate all light to heavy equipment
- Maintain operating license for operable equipment
- Able to deliver lumber, hardware and any other construction material
- Receive shipment
